IN THIS CLASS YOU WILL LEARN:

✅ 3 types of caramels: soft caramel, hard caramel for enrobing, and toffee with different tastes
We will prepare 3 recipes for each type of caramel and learn how to use them
We will learn how to make caramels with fruits, nuts, and chocolate and what is different in recipes for every type of caramel
We will discuss the main ingredients in caramels and their role
All the recipes are tested for AW and offer a 6-month and more  shelf-life

Pistachio: Soft Caramel with pistachio paste
 
✅ Mango, Mandarin & Lime
• Fruity soft caramel with a gentle taste of mango and citrus fruits

✅ Passion fruit & Chocolate
• Caramel with a zesty taste of passion fruit, complemented by milk chocolate

✅ Hard Caramel:
• Coffee: Creamy caramel with coffee flavor
Coconut & Pineapple: Caramel with soft exotic fruits aftertaste
• Raspberry & Chocolate: Caramel with classic pair - dark chocolate and raspberry

✅ Toffee Caramel: Not a classic Toffee, but a very hard chewy caramel
• Cherry & Lemon: Toffee with the color and taste of sour cherry
Yuzu & Chocolate: Toffee with white chocolate and an unforgettable taste of yuzu
Salted: Classic, creamy salted toffee is simply always a good idea

WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW BEFORE YOU PURCHASE

To recreate recipes from the class you will need frames for ganache, chocolate, sugars, and other ingredients needed for recipes. Detailed information will be provided during the class.
  Caramel is a product with a high level of sugar, so sucrose, glucose, and sorbitol are going to be used.
