Sweets By Lana Terms & Conditions

1. The service

Courses and classes are developed by "Sweets by Lana" and hosted at the Podia website service.

"Sweets by Lana" reserves the right to change these terms and conditions on this page and the conditions will be applied 30 days following the update.

After having completed the purchase of a class or a course produced by "Sweets by Lana" you will be given access to the material, as a part of the purchase process, you register a customer account to study the material through Podia service or use a previously registered account. When the purchase is processed, you will enter Podia services and can view the material. To access the material please login through the site.

The creation of a customer account is permitted only with a valid email address. You are responsible for the email address stated as correct and active. You can change the email address stated under “Settings”.

To register you must be over 18 years.

2. Payment

To purchase a class or course, you will have to use the Stripe payment service. 

We are using Stripe as a third-party payment option for card payments. All sensitive information, such as credit card information is handled by Stripe using a secure payment and SSL server. "Sweets by Lana" doesn't store any card information. We accept Visa and MasterCard.

3. Purchases, Payment and Refunds.

When you buy a course or a class, the purchase does not apply to danish or any other international or national e-commerce law.
Digital products - by their very nature - can not be returned, so when the payment has been processed and you get access to material, your withdrawal right is exhausted.
This means that ALL PURCHASES ARE FINAL, and once you accept the terms of the purchase, you also forgo any rights to refunds.

You accept the terms of the purchase by clicking/activating the checkbox during checkout.
This indicates that you have read and understood the terms and conditions of your purchase.
Once the purchase is final and payment has been made, you no longer have the Right of Withdrawal and are no longer eligible for a refund.

For our Danish customers: please refer to "forbrugeraftaleloven" or "forbrugerombudsmanden".

If the product is defective or doesn't correspond to the product description (e.g. a missing file or video), you are welcome to contact us at contact@sweetsbylana.com.

⚠️⚠️ Again; please observe that we DO NOT offer any refunds of ANY of our digital products, so once you have paid, we can not offer a refund.

If in doubt about anything, please ask us BEFORE you purchase.




4. Technical conditions

The service requires access to the Internet. You are responsible for the costs incurred in the use of the internet.




5. Responsibility

When buying a course or class access is only granted to the person who bought it. You may not in any way spread further content to others or share the password with your account.




6. Products

Material purchased through "Sweets by Lana" is available around the clock, seven days a week. "Sweets by Lana", however, does not guarantee that the service is always free of errors or interruptions. If deficiencies or interruption in service occurs, "Sweets by Lana" reserves the right to correct them without breach of contract. "Sweets by Lana" reserves the right, within reason, to close the service for upgrades and maintenance.


7. Personal data

Registering with "Sweets by Lana" via the Podia service requires only an e-mail address and first and last name. When you provide your details, you agree that we store and use your information in our business. In this part, we will inform you of updates that occur in the material you have access to and for general updates to the service.

Upon cancellation/termination of your "Sweets by Lana" account we will delete all your information.
