To recreate recipes from the book you will need:
• Various sugars: white sugar, brown sugar, maple syrup, honey, glucose, and sorbitol (can be omitted).
• Various spirits: whiskey, rum, cognac, Baileys, Kahlua, Cointreau, Guinness beer.
• Dairy products: cream, milk, butter.
• Lecithin (soy or sunflower), soda, salt, coconut oil, coconut cream, condensed milk, dates, rose water.
• Fruits purees (instructions for making homemade once is included): ginger, banana, bergamot, orange, mandarin, lemon, raspberry, blackcurrant, apricot, passion fruit, pineapple, mango, lime.
• Milk, white and dark chocolate.
• Various spices : cinnamon, liquorice, ginger, etc.
• You will need variety of different fruit purees (ginger, banana, bergamot, orange, mandarin, lemon, raspberry, blackcurrant, apricot, passion fruit, pineapple, mango, lime). You can use pre-fabricated ones or homemade (e-book includes instructions on how to make homemade fruit puree).
