To recreate recipes from the book you will need:
Various sugars: glucose, inverted sugar, dextrose and sorbitol.
• Various spirits: whiskey, rum, vodka, cognac.
• Various liqueurs: Amaretto, Baileys, Cointreau, Creme de Cassis, Drambuie, Frangelico, Kahlúa, Licor 43, Limoncello, Malibu, Chambord, Peach Schnapps.
• Dairy products: cream, milk, butter.
• Lecithin (optional).

In this ebook I will be using Valrhona chocolate, but there are recommendations for a few other brands (Cacao Barry, Felchlin)  included for each recipe.

• You can use pre-fabricated ones or homemade (e-book includes instructions on how to make homemade fruit puree).
