COOKIE AND PRIVACY POLICY INTRODUCTION

When you visit my website, information is collected about you that is used to customise and improve content.
 If you do not wish information to be collected, you should delete your cookies (see instructions) and avoid further use of the site.
Below, I have elaborated on what information is being collected, their purpose and which third parties have access to them.

 • PayPal (only for purchases and only when you visit their site)
 

PERSONAL INFORMATION 

In general
I use your information for the following:
1) Send you electronic products you have ordered: eg an ebook via email.
2) Contact me via email ifb with my newsletter – only if you have signed up for it.
3) Google Analytics and Advertising: When you search the web, Google will show you ads based on your online behavior. So when you search for similar products or services online, Google may show you ads from sweetsbylana.com, my Instagram account, or anywhere else I advertise.
4) Send you emails if you have contacted me and ex. Asked for info, have questions or the like.
5) Contact you by SMS or by telephone, and ONLY if you have made an appointment with me to do this.

 

About personal information
Personal information is any kind of information that may be attributed to you to some extent. When you use our website, a variety of such information is collected and processed.

This happens for example by conventional access of content, if you sign up for my newsletter, use my contact form, or make purchases through the website (however, purchases will not be made on sweetsbylana.com, and your data will NOT be processed by me).

 

My website typically collects and processes the following types of information:
A unique ID and technical information about your computer, tablet or mobile phone, your IP number, geographic location, and which pages you click (interests).
To the extent that you explicitly consent to this and even enter the information, your name and e-mail, as well as your telephone number and address, will be processed (if you have specified them).
When purchasing on the website, your data is not processed by me or on my website, but by PayPal.com, which guarantees the security of your payment information. In other words, I do NOT have access to your payment information, bank data, etc.
I ONLY have access to your email ifb with purchase of electronic products (eg ebook) so I can send these products to you.

 

Security
Technical and organisational measures have been taken against your information being accidentally or illegally deleted, published, lost, impaired or gained access to by unauthorised individuals, misused or otherwise treated in violation of the law.

 

Purpose
The information is used to identify you as a user and show you the ads that are most likely to be relevant to you as well as to provide the services you have requested, e.g. sending a newsletter. In addition, the information is used to optimise website services and content.

 

Period of storage
The information is kept for the time allowed by law, and they are deleted when they are no longer necessary. The period depends on the nature of the information and the reason for storage. Therefore, it is not possible to specify a general timeframe for when information is deleted.
In general, email and contact information will be deleted as soon as these have been used for sending digital products (e.g. ebooks).
Email, correspondance and contact information in connection with email dialogue will be deleted as soon as the dialogue is completed, or you request to have your email address and content deleted.

 

Disclosure of information
Data about your use of the website, which ads you receive and, if any, click on, geographic location, gender and age segment, etc. will be disclosed to third parties to the extent that this information is known. You can see the third parties in question in the “Cookies” section above.
The information is used to target advertising and for analysis.
In addition, we use a number of third parties to store and process data.
These only deal with information on sweetsbylana.com’ s behalf, and the thirds parties may not use this information for their own purposes. Disclosure of personal information such as name and e-mail, etc. will only happen if you consent to it. We only use data providers in the EU, USA or in countries that can provide adequate protection for your information.

Insights and Complaints
You are entitled to know what personal information we are processing about you.
You may also object to the use of information at any time.
You may also revoke your consent to processing information about you.

Personoplysninger er alle slags informationer, der i et eller andet omfang kan henføres til dig. Når du benytter mit website indsamler og behandles en række sådanne informationer. Det sker f.eks. ved alm. tilgang af indhold, hvis du tilmelder dig mit nyhedsbrev, benytter min kontaktformular eller foretager køb via websitet (køb foregår dog ikke på sweetsbylana.com, og dine data behandles IKKE af mig).

Mit website indsamler og behandler typisk følgende typer af oplysninger: 
Et unikt ID og tekniske oplysninger om din computer, tablet eller mobiltelefon, dit IP-nummer, geografisk placering, samt hvilke sider du klikker på (interesser).
I det omfang du selv giver eksplicit samtykke hertil og selv indtaster informationerne behandles desuden dit navn og e-mail samt evt telefonnummer og adresse (hvis du selv har angivet disse).
Ved køb på websitet behandles dine data ikke af mig eller på mit website, men af PayPal.com, som står for sikkerheden omkring dine betalingsoplysninger. Jeg har med andre ord IKKE adgang til dine betalingsoplysninger, bankdata mv. 
Jeg har KUN adgang til din email ifb med køb af elektroniske produkter (eks. e-bog), så jeg kan fremsende disse produkter til dig.

Sikkerhed
Der er truffet tekniske og organisatoriske foranstaltninger mod, at dine oplysninger hændeligt eller ulovligt bliver slettet, offentliggjort, fortabt, forringet eller kommer til uvedkommendes kendskab, misbruges eller i øvrigt behandles i strid med lovgivningen.

Formål
Oplysningerne bruges til at identificere dig som bruger og vise dig de annoncer, som vil have størst sandsynlighed for at være relevante for dig, samt at kunne levere de services, du har efterspurgt, som f.eks. at fremsende et nyhedsbrev. Herudover anvendes oplysningerne til at optimere websitets services og indhold.

Periode for opbevaring
Oplysningerne opbevares i det tidsrum, der er tilladt i henhold til lovgivningen, og jeg sletter dem, når de ikke længere er nødvendige. Perioden afhænger af karakteren af oplysningen og baggrunden for opbevaring. Det er derfor ikke muligt at angive en generel tidsramme for, hvornår informationer slettes.
 Generelt slettes email og kontaktoplysninger så snart disse har været brugt ifb med fremsendelse af digitale produkter (eksempelvis e-bog).
 Email og kontaktoplysninger ifb med email-dialog slettes, så snart dialogen er afsluttet, eller du beder om at få din email slettet.

Videregivelse af oplysninger
Data om din brug af websitet, hvilke annoncer, du modtager og evt. klikker på, geografisk placering, køn og alderssegment m.v. videregives til tredjeparter i det omfang disse oplysninger er kendt. Du kan se hvilke tredjeparter, der er tale om, i afsnittet om ”Cookies” ovenfor.
 Oplysningerne anvendes til målretning af annoncering samt analyser.
 Vi benytter herudover en række tredjeparter til opbevaring og behandling af data. Disse behandler udelukkende oplysninger på vores vegne og må ikke anvende dem til egne formål.
 Videregivelse af personoplysninger som navn og e-mail m.v. vil kun ske, hvis du giver samtykke til det.

Indsigt og klager
